Good morning! It’s a short week this week, so there’s lots to fit in before the holiday. We’re trying to keep things simple around here for a while, while I’m working extra hours. Summer will see more variety and less stress, but we’ll work with what he have for now.

Monday – Homemade pizza (not homemade crust, though – simple!), green salad
Tuesday – Chili (from the freezer), rice, green salad
Wednesday -Pasta with chickpeas & vegetables in a creamy curry sauce (from Vegan Planet) (didn’t make it last week)
Thursday – Leftovers, prob’ly
Friday – Holiday dinner (Purim for us) – pot luck with the parents and inlaws
