
Good morning! The festival of Passover is over (thank goodness), so it’s back to the status quo around here. Last week was overwhelming in its meat content, so we will be returning to our flexitarian lifestyle with a vengeance this week!

Monday – Cauliflower lentil soup, sauteed snow peas, crusty bread
Tuesday – BBQ burgers, corn & some sort of vegetable, green salad
Wednesday – Homemade pizza with vegetables, no homemade crust, though; green salad
Thursday – Leftovers, or raiding the freezer
Friday – Mayo-curry chicken on basmati rice
Saturday – Corn chowder and a nice homemade bread (need recipes for both!)
